Thank you Mr. Postman, I've been waiting for this record to drop at my doorstep for a while.

Finally this epic rework gets a release. Ashely Beedle's take on a Gil Scott Heron great, "NY Is Killing Me" has been released on Modern Artifacts. Released as a single side 12" this production is high up there on my record of 2012, even though it has been played around for quite some time, it's one to keep a hold of. Bass and clap heavy throughout this trippy, raw and rough tune holds true to the original.
